We love bootlegs.  If you’ve recorded one of us PLEASE send it in!  We’d love to hear it!

Most bootleggers adhere to the code anyway, but just to be clear – here are the rules for distributing bootlegs of The Reedbed:

“Cool”:

• giving them away for free
• uploading them to trading websites where they can be downloaded for free
• trading them straight up for other bootlegs
• providing them for nothing more than the cost of the media
• including tracks on compilations that adhere to the above rules

“NOT Cool”:

• charging anything more than the cost of the media they are distributed on (cds are seriously like pennies these days – don’t be a bullsh*tter)
• including ANY part of the recording on a commercial recording
• uploading them to a site that charges users to download
• any other method which does NOT adhere to the “Cool” list above

We will make every effort to ensure these rules are followed.  Please be cool.  We love being able to offer bootlegs and we love hearing them ourselves, so let’s keep it cool and everyone will be happy, kay?
